Cancellation Policy
■Free cancellation period: Up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. ・Reservations: All bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp. Please ensure you have received a confirmation message from us to finalize your appointment. ・No-Show / Late Cancellation Fee: If you fail to show up at the scheduled time or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of ¥10,000 will be charged. ・Please note that your reservation may be automatically canceled if we are unable to reach you via WhatsApp for final confirmation. ■General Conditions ・This plan is available exclusively through our official website and WhatsApp booking. ・No deposit is required at the time of booking. ・Payment: Please pay the full amount in cash or by credit card upon your arrival at the clinic/store. ・Please be advised that our staff may have limited multi-language proficiency.
