Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation period: 24 hours or more prior to the session ■ If you do not receive a message or phone call regarding pickup and reservation confirmation after booking, please be sure to call us. *After booking, we will contact you by message or phone to confirm your pickup destination, so please be sure to confirm. *Please note that if we are unable to contact you to confirm pickup, your reservation will be canceled. ■We will handle the pickup and destination instructions. ・・・・ General Conditions • This plan includes taxi pickup and transfers and is available only on our website. • Please pay a deposit in advance. • Please pay the remaining balance directly at the store. Cancellation Policy: No refunds are available for cancellations after payment of the deposit. • We will cover round-trip taxi fare within Sapporo's Chuo Ward up to ¥5,000 (any excess amount will be charged at actual cost). • Drivers do not speak multiple languages.
