Counseling (5 minutes): Identify areas of fatigue and injury. Ice and heat therapy with medical equipment (30 minutes): Reduce inflammation and improve circulation. Professional sports massage (25 minutes): Focus on overworked muscles in the lower body and lower back.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: No refunds are available for cancellations after payment of the deposit. • We will cover round-trip taxi fare within Sapporo's Chuo Ward up to ¥5,000 (any excess amount will be charged at actual cost). • Drivers do not speak multiple languages.
